Are you someone who'd like to be a bit fitter but cringes at the thougth of the gym?
Our beginner friendly social running group meets in the pub carpark (you're welcome to park here)and takes a 45-60 min walk with jogging intervals. We're currently following the couch to 5k programme which we will repeat every couple of months to accomodate new beginners.
We're bringing competitive socialising back to the pub!
